Review early surgical treatments for keratoconus (crosslinking (CXL) & intrastromal corneal ring segments (ICRS)) to understand how they induce corneal changes that directly impact your contact lens fittings. We’ll cover anatomical & physiological changes, fitting challenges, and complication management. This will be followed by clinical case examples, featuring pre-and-post surgical fittings using ROSE K designs.
