Reclamation Policies

For every claim, we need an order reference and description of the issue for reclamation.

Individual solutions: Must be sent back to Multilens within three months from delivery date, or within reasonable time from where the problem is expected to be observed. The warranty for our coatings is two years.

Standard items: Must be sent back in the original box within six months from delivery.

As soon as a reclamation has been approved, Multilens will repair or replace the product with a new item. If a new product already has been delivered, we will credit the defect item when the claim is approved.

Contact lenses: Defective lens can be exchanged within a week after the delivery to the lens wearer. Reclaimed lenses are replaced with the corresponding new lens.

The reclamation must, in its original packaging, be delivered to us within one month from when the lens was delivered to the lens wearer.
