Tinting

There is a huge difference in efficiency between a simple tinted lens and a lens with ML Filter, even though they might look very similar at a first glance.  ML Filter has a controlled absorbtiondegree up to a certain wave-length while a lens with ordinary tint has been produced for cosmetic usage, to offer an attractive look. The important benefits that ML Filter provide are; increased comfort, contrast and protection. The benefits of ML Filter are useful both for people with low vision and for those who do activities outdoors for example skiing or biking. 

Filter color is a surface treatment method. We make all of our filter colour and dye ourselves according to "recipes" and scales that we develop in cooperation with our customers. The filter colour can also be added to lenses with a polarized or photochromic layer that changes according to the sunlight. You decide - we develop and manufacture.
